Because we use specialized fulfillment facilities for different product types, items in the same order are often printed and shipped separately to ensure the fastest delivery and highest quality. Your remaining items are on their way and may arrive a few days apart. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package via email as they ship. This is completely normal and expected.

Because our products are custom-printed on demand, production begins almost immediately. We can only accommodate cancellation or modification requests if you contact us within 2 to 4 hours of placing your order. Once printing has started, we cannot cancel, modify, or redirect the order. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before checking out!

You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases. When you become a registered user, you will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Yes, and it’s completely harmless! This is a natural result of the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing process we use to create vibrant, long-lasting prints. The odor is temporary and will disappear entirely after the first wash. It does not affect the quality, safety, or comfort of your garment.
