2. Products and Services (Print-on-Demand & Handcrafted Goods)

TM Cool Stuff sells custom apparel, drinkware, home goods, accessories, and scented candles. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Made-to-Order: Most of our items are manufactured and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners only after an order is placed. Production times vary and are in addition to standard shipping times.
  • Color & Design Variations: Colors viewed on your digital screen may vary slightly from the physical printed product due to monitor settings. Additionally, apparel may have a temporary, harmless vinegar scent upon arrival due to the direct-to-garment printing process, which will wash out.
  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis in our sole discretion.

3. Scented Candles & Product Safety

By purchasing scented candles or other home goods from TM Cool Stuff, you agree to follow standard safety guidelines.

  • Candles must be burned within sight, kept away from flammable objects, and kept out of reach of children and pets.
  • TM Cool Stuff is not liable for any property damage, personal injury, or fire hazards resulting from the misuse or unattended burning of our candles or other products.

4. Pricing and Modifications

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the product.
  • Accuracy: We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. However, typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed based on incorrect pricing, even if the order has been confirmed and payment charged.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. All shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. TM Cool Stuff is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, natural disasters, or other events outside of our reasonable control.
