Thank you for visiting and shopping at TM Cool Stuff. The following terms constitute our shipping policy.
1. Where We Ship
Currently, we proudly ship exclusively within the United States. At this time, we are unable to offer shipping to international addresses, PO Boxes outside the US, or APO/FPO military addresses.
2. Estimated Delivery Times (Production + Shipping)
Because our products (apparel, drinkware, home goods, and accessories) are custom-printed specifically for you, they require a brief production period before they are handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect to receive your order within 4 to 8 business days from the time your purchase is confirmed.
- How it works: This timeframe includes 1 to 2 business days for us to print and prepare your item, plus 3 to 6 business days for the carrier to transit the package to your door.
- You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the carrier picks up your package from our facility.
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers. While most orders arrive right around the 1-week mark, slight delays of 1 to 2 days may occasionally occur due to carrier volume or weather.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer a simple flat-rate shipping structure:
- First Item: $6.99
- Each Additional Item: $3.00
4. Multiple Shipments (Your Order May Arrive in Separate Boxes)
To ensure the highest quality printing and fastest delivery, we utilize specialized fulfillment facilities for different product types. As a result, if you order multiple different items (e.g., a t-shirt and a coffee mug), they may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days.
Please don't worry if you receive your apparel today but your home goods arrive a day or two later—this is completely normal! You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package if this occurs.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your items have shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to fully update in the carrier’s system. If you have any questions about your tracking, feel free to reach out to us at info@tmcoolstuff.com.
6. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was "Delivered" but you have not received it, please try the following before reaching out to us:
- Double-check the shipping address you provided at checkout.
- Check with your local post office or courier facility.
- Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.
If everything looks correct and you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at info@tmcoolstuff.com with your order number, and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
