1.3. WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

It depends on your shipping address, and we will choose the fastest route for your convenience. But we mainly ship from the US and Europe.

1.4. WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FOR MY ORDER?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. But normally we will use local shipping from our fulfillment partners, so there will be no extra cost. (When our local fulfillment partners run out of stock, we are forced to use international shipping, which may result in customs and tax fees being applied.)

1.5. MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON’T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

• • check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address;

  • ask your local post office if they have your package;

  • stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@tmcoolstuff.com with your order number.

2. ORDERS

2.1. HOW ARE MY PRODUCTS MADE?

Our partners have fulfillment locations worldwide so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

2.2. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@tmcoolstuff.com.

2.3. I RECEIVED A WRONG/ DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Depending on your location, we offer reasonable shipping fees ranging from $6.99 to $10.49 for the first product and from $3 to $4.5 for any additional product. Here is the reference list applied to Graphic t-shirts and Graphic mugs:

• Zone 1 – $6.99 for the first product and $3 for any additional product: US, UK and Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
• Zone 2 – $8.49 for the first product and $3.5 for any additional product: Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Albania, Andorra, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Vatican City
• Zone 3 – $10.49 for the first product and $4.5 for any additional product: Asia and Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kazakhstan, North Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey
